    Thickness of rug: Very thick. Approximately 1/2"- 3/4".
    Color matches online picture: The colors are completely different shades.
    Construction quality: The construction meets my expectation for the price.
    How material feels: The fibers are dense and luxurious.

    I would like to have loved this rug, but it was not anything like the color described or pictured on the website. I am disappointed with the return policy of this company since I am expected to pay for return shipping even though this product is defective in that it is not as advertised. I would not recommend this company to friends.

    It is true you did feel the rug was more red than eggplant. BuyAreaRugs.com did pay for the shipping out and restocking fee from Kaleen. We also provided a 100% refund of the purchase price of the rug.

    Thickness of rug: Very thick. Approximately 1/2"- 3/4".
    Color matches online picture: The actual colors are slightly darker, but O.K.
    Construction quality: The construction is tight, strong and should last for years.
    How material feels: The material feels like that of other quality rugs.
