Thickness of rug: Standard area rug height. 1/4"- 1/2".
Color matches online picture: The actual colors are very similar.
Construction quality: The construction is tight, strong and should last for years.
How material feels: The material feels like that of other quality rugs.
Review of the Milliken Signature Persian Palace 4510C / 7000 Lapis Area Rug
Rug size is as stated, which was good. The colors are just as expected from looking at the website. The selvaged edge all around the rug is tight and straight, better than on many other rugs.
The rug, which was the 7'8" x 10'-9" size, came rolled inside a heavy plastic cover, and was not folded. It laid out smoothly without wrinkles. And there was no noticeable chemical odor from the new rug.
Service was very good. We received the rug only five working days after we ordered it online, which was better than expected.
We are very pleased with our new rug!
