I was very pleased with my purchase of this rug. The colors were very true to the picture, and it looks even better in person than it did in the picture. Not only does the rug look beautiful on my floor, it also feels luxurious and soft. In addition, it was shipped in a very timely manner, and arrived within a few days. We have had the same exact rug in our home for the last 6 years. It has some areas of staining in the areas of most frequent use. We have had it cleaned twice but not to our satisfaction. Review of the KAS Jewel 0311 Fleur-De-Lis Red Area Rug
We bought nine of the same design rugs for different areas of our home.
The rugs exceed my expectations. The New Zealand blend wool fiber is soft and looks to be exceptional quality. It has a texture and softness that is not commonly found in similar rugs. Depending on the direction of the light, the depth of color can change which is interesting and pleasing to the eye.
The rugs are great but more importantly, I was impressed with the assistance we received from Fred at Buy Area Rugs. Fred was friendly and extremely helpful with helping us pick the right rugs for our home. He knows his product and followed through with everything he said he would do. If I could give Buy Area Rugs and Fred ten stars I would.
