Q. - When will my order ship?

A. - Most orders ship within 2-4 business days after an order is received. If you created an account before placing your order, please log-in here to check if your order has shipped. If it has not shipped, we will email UPS tracking as soon as your order does leave the warehouse.

Q. - How do I return a rug?

A. - The request to return a rug must be completed online using the RMA request instructions located here.

Q. - I returned a rug. When will I receive my refund?

A. - Refunds are issued approximately 30 days after the returned rug delivered back to our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund is complete.
